These Vendor Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the relationship between the vendor (“Vendor”) and the Maggi Waakye Summit (“Organizer”). By submitting a vendor application, the Vendor agrees to comply with these Terms.
1. Application Process:
Submission of the Vendor Application Form does not guarantee participation. The Organizer reserves the right to accept or reject applications at its discretion. Vendors must provide accurate and complete information in the application.
2. Stand Allocation:
Stand allocation is at the sole discretion of the Organizer. Vendors will be notified of their stand allocation in advance of the event.
3. Stand Fees:
Stand fees must be paid in full by the specified deadline to secure participation. Fees are non-refundable, except at the discretion of the Organizer.
4. Operational Requirements:
Vendors are responsible for all aspects of their stand’s setup and operation. Stands must comply with safety and hygiene regulations.
5. Electricity Requirements:
Vendors requiring electricity must indicate their needs in the application. Additional charges may apply for electricity usage.
6. Conduct:
Vendors must conduct themselves in a professional manner. Any behavior deemed inappropriate by the Organizer may result in expulsion.
7. Insurance:
The Organizer shall provide general liability insurance coverage for vendors during the Maggi Waakye Summit event. Vendors are required to comply with safety and hygiene regulations to ensure the effectiveness of the insurance coverage. The Organizer’s insurance does not cover loss or damage to vendors’ property or products. Vendors are encouraged to obtain their own insurance for such coverage. Vendors must promptly report any incidents that may result in an insurance claim to the Organizer.
8. Promotion and Marketing:
Vendors may be featured in event promotional materials. The Organizer reserves the right to use vendor information and images for marketing purposes.
9. Force Majeure:
The Organizer is not liable for failure to perform due to circumstances beyond its control. In such cases, fees may be refunded at the Organizer’s discretion.
10. Amendments:
The Organizer reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Vendors will be notified of any changes.
11. Governing Law:
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ghana. Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in accordance with this Agreement to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Court of Ghana.
By submitting the Vendor Application Form, the Vendor acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to abide by these Terms.3
